UX/UI Designer Philippines

About the role

The UX/UI Designer is responsible for designing and delivering a signature employee experience through the development of leading digital interfaces across different platforms that align with the brand position and personality of the assigned product.

What you'll do

• Collaborates with the Product Owner, Subject Matter Experts, Development Team, and the stakeholders to develop concepts, graphics, layouts, and other digital assets related to the product
• Analyze customer and user feedback to improve CX and UX/UI.
• Prepare, edit, and publish internal and external communication materials, including online or printed manuals, release notes, product overviews, release or system announcements in close coordination with the Product Owner
• Participate in scrum events and provide guidance to developers on user interface design and execution
• Develop conceptual, graphics, and other digital assets to illustrate processes, concepts, and other information relevant to the product
• Conduct regular and ad hoc UX/UI quality assurance to ensure that specifications are aligned with development output

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years experience in user experience design in web and mobile platforms Proven mastery of design programs including full-suite Adobe, Figma, Zeplin, and other tools
• Relevant certification in user experience or user interface design and development
