What you'll do

• Track stock levels for 500+ SKUs and update the inventory system daily.
• Run weekly cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse team.
• Create purchase requests when items such as anchors or tarps fall below reorder points.
• Flag backordered items to Sales and Customer Support and provide updated delivery estimates.
• Process receiving, put-away, and returns, and keep documentation complete and accurate.
• Prepare monthly inventory valuation reports for the Finance team.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized facility.

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and inventory or ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and good numeracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and stand for extended periods
