About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create simple, effective, and visually consistent experiences across our web-based technology products. The role will work closely with product managers, engineers, business teams, and users to understand problems, map workflows, and turn requirements into clear and usable interfaces. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design with practical UX thinking and is comfortable owning the design process from early concepts and user flows through high-fidelity prototypes, usability validation, and developer handoff.

What you'll do

• Translate product requirements and business problems into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interface designs.
• Design intuitive experiences for web applications, dashboards, workflows, forms, and other product interfaces.
• Work closely with product managers and engineering teams from problem definition through development and release.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder discussions, and usability testing to understand user needs and validate design decisions.
• Create and maintain reusable components, patterns, and design systems to ensure consistency across the product.
• Design responsive interfaces that work effectively across common desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
• Prepare clear design specifications, interaction details, assets, and developer handoff documentation in Figma.
• Review implemented features with developers and help maintain design quality before release.
• Use product feedback, user behaviour, and business priorities to continuously improve existing experiences.
• Stay aware of relevant UX patterns, accessibility practices, and modern product design standards.

What we're looking for

• 3-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX, product design, interaction design, or a closely related role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work for web applications, SaaS products, dashboards, or digital platforms.
• Advanced working knowledge of Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and design libraries.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, information architecture, interaction patterns, visual hierarchy, and usability principles.
• Experience working closely with product managers and developers in an Agile or fast-moving product environment.
• Ability to explain design decisions clearly and incorporate feedback without losing sight of user and business goals.
• Good understanding of responsive design and basic front-end constraints; knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
