Hiring | Finance & Accounts Manager Location: Hisar, Haryana Experience: 5+ Years CTC: ₹6–12 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) About the Role We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Audit and Statutory Compliances. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing finance and accounting functions, coordinating audits, handling tax compliances and preparing MIS for management. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Manage end-to-end accounting and review of books of accounts. Oversee monthly and annual closing and preparation of financial statements. Handle accounting and financial reporting for business operations. Prepare and analyse MIS reports for management decision-making. Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary information and documentation. Direct & Indirect Taxation Manage GST compliances including registrations, monthly/quarterly returns and annual returns. Handle GST reconciliations, including GSTR-2B and other relevant reconciliations. Manage Income Tax compliances, ITRs and tax-related matters. Handle TDS compliances and return filing. Support tax assessments, scrutiny proceedings and responses to tax authorities. Assist in GST refunds and other tax-related advisory matters. Audit & Compliance Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits. Review internal financial controls and identify areas for improvement. Ensure timely completion of statutory and regulatory compliances. Handle ROC/MCA compliances including AOC-4, MGT-7 and other applicable filings. Support incorporation, statutory registrations and other corporate compliance matters. Management Reporting & Advisory Prepare financial analysis and management reports. Provide financial and taxation inputs to management. Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation. Support management in financial planning, compliance and decision-making. Desired Candidate Profile Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience. Strong experience in Accounting & Finance, GST, Income Tax, TDS and Audit. Hands-on experience in MIS reporting and financial statement preparation. Good understanding of statutory and regulatory compliances. Experience in handling multiple entities/business operations will be preferred. Strong command over MS Excel and Tally/Accounting software. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to independently manage finance and compliance functions. Preferred Industry Exposure Candidates with exposure to Manufacturing, Trading, Education, Hospitality, IT, Healthcare, Construction, Transport or Import & Export industries would be preferred.
