Looking for a detail-oriented Software Testing Intern to test WorkGlide, identify bugs, validate features, and help improve overall product quality.

About the role

We are looking for a Software Testing Intern to help test WorkGlide, our AI-powered recruitment automation platform. You will work closely with the product and development teams to test new features, identify bugs, validate workflows, and help improve the overall product experience.

What you'll do

• Perform manual testing of web application features and workflows.
• Identify, reproduce, and clearly document bugs.
• Test new features before release and perform regression testing.
• Validate UI, functionality, data accuracy, and edge cases.
• Test workflows such as candidate uploads, resume screening, WhatsApp/voice screening, interview scheduling, and campaign management.
• Work with developers and product teams to verify bug fixes.
• Maintain basic test cases and testing documentation.

What we're looking for

• Graduated in BCA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, B.Sc Computer Science, M.Sc Computer Science, or another degree related to Computer Science / Information Technology.
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify unusual product behaviour.
• Good written communication for documenting bugs clearly.
• Comfortable testing web applications across different scenarios.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, Postman, automation testing, or browser developer tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar bug-tracking tools is a plus
