Candidates will be responsible for verifying customer identities, reviewing documents, identifying suspicious activities, investigating potential fraud, and ensuring compliance with KYC, AML, and fraud prevention guidelines.
What you'll do
- Verify customer identities and validate KYC documents
- Review identity proofs, address proofs, and other supporting documents
- Identify suspicious activities, discrepancies, and potential fraudulent cases
- Conduct risk assessments and investigate flagged accounts or transactions
- Monitor unusual patterns and report potential fraud
- Maintain accurate verification records and investigation reports
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and fraud prevention policies
- Escalate high-risk cases to the relevant departments
