Build and scale customer-facing web products across frontend, backend and cloud infrastructure for a fast-growing logistics SaaS platform.
About the role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is comfortable owning features end to end - from shaping APIs and data models to building polished interfaces and deploying reliable releases. The role is hands-on and product-oriented, with engineers working directly with design, product and operations teams rather than only receiving isolated development tickets
What you'll do
- Develop end-to-end product features using React, TypeScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL.
- Design and maintain REST APIs, backend services and database schemas for scalable workflows.
- Build responsive, reusable frontend components with strong attention to performance and usability.
- Review product requirements with designers and product managers before implementation.
- Write automated tests and participate in peer code reviews to maintain engineering quality.
- Debug production issues across browser, API, database and infrastructure layers.
- Improve application performance, observability and reliability as product usage grows.
- Contribute to deployment pipelines, Docker-based environments and AWS infrastructure where required.
What we're looking for
- 3-6 years of professional experience building web applications across frontend and backend.
- Strong hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Good backend development experience using Node.js, Express.js or a comparable server-side framework.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication flows and third-party services.
- Comfort with Git, code reviews, debugging and production issue resolution.
- Exposure to AWS, Docker, CI/CD or cloud deployment practices is strongly preferred.
- Ability to take ownership of a feature from technical discussion through production release.
Benefits
- Flexible hybrid schedule with core collaboration hours instead of rigid office timings.
- Dedicated engineering learning budget for books, courses, certifications or developer conferences.
- Quarterly internal build days where engineers can prototype product improvements outside the roadmap.
- Choice of Mac, Windows or Linux development setup based on role requirements.
- ESOP eligibility for high-performing team members after the initial performance cycle.
