About the role

We are looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist who enjoys working across content, analytics and website teams. You will diagnose ranking issues, identify organic growth opportunities, brief writers, improve pages and track what contributes to qualified search traffic across Indian-market client accounts.

What you'll do

• Build and execute monthly SEO plans for assigned client websites.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent mapping.
• Audit technical SEO issues such as crawlability, indexing, redirects, canonicals, site speed and internal linking.
• Create SEO briefs for writers and optimize existing landing pages, blogs and category pages.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions and page-level performance using GA4 and Search Console.
• Coordinate with developers for technical fixes and validate implementation after release.
• Identify ethical backlink and digital PR opportunities relevant to each account.

What we're looking for

• 2-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4 and at least one major SEO suite such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
• Comfortable performing technical SEO audits and communicating fixes to developers.
• Good understanding of search intent, content structure and basic conversion thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines without losing attention to detail.
