By accessing or using the WorkGlide platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
WorkGlide provides an AI-powered recruitment automation platform that helps recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and enterprise hiring teams source, screen, and hire candidates more efficiently.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all rights to data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant WorkGlide a limited license to use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and consents to submit Customer Data.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with operations, using the Service for unlawful purposes, or violating any candidate's privacy or anti-discrimination laws.
Fees for the Service are described in your order form or subscription agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated. We may change pricing on renewal with prior notice.
The Service, including all software, designs, and content (excluding Customer Data), is the exclusive property of WorkGlide and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care it uses to protect its own, and to use it only for purposes of performing under these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. WorkGlide does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate in all cases. Hiring decisions remain the responsibility of the customer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkGlide's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate these Terms in accordance with the applicable order form. We may suspend or terminate the Service immediately if you materially breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
